Shipping
Post and packing charges will be added to the order depending on the total value of the order.  The maximum charge is £2.50 for the UK and £3.50 for overseas orders.

Refunds Policy
Barbara Thompson Designs is happy to replace any item in a kit which is unsatisfactory or supply any shortages. We will also answer any stitching queries or problems by e mail, fax or phone. We are happy to refund money for any cross stitch kit which is returned to us unopened.

Payment is handled through the secure service offered by PayPal.  This means you can pay from your PayPal account or by using any of the major credit/debit cards.
