Post and packing charge to anywhere in the UK is £2.50 each order
For Europe, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the Rest of the World, it is a £3.50 shipping charge to the whole order.

Refunds Policy
Barbara Thompson Designs is happy to replace any item in a kit which is unsatisfactory or supply any shortages. We will also answer any stitching queries or problems by e mail, fax or phone. We are happy to refund money for any cross stitch kit which is returned to us unopened.
